Being healthy and the “best you” is not something that happens overnight. Its something that happens over time. Our minds have absorbed much of the ideas surrounding our “physical wellness” that we’ve forgotten about our “mental wellness.” Its mind over matter. What you think..you feel…what you feel becomes active in the physical. For instance, stress to the heart is an action…a physical action. The physical action can only become surreal or transpire from what an individual thinks, worries about, or start to feel. A “physical reaction” then becomes the term of use. So today…let’s include our “mental state” in our overall “wellness plans” as well. Its “Wellness Wednesday.” Here’s to a good day, you guys.
